Shipping within the U.S.

We offer free USPS priority shipping on all orders domestic orders. Discounted orders subject to shipping fees.

Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS to initiate a lost package investigation. Once the investigation is completed, please contact our customer service team with the resulting report.

Returns are always free, however the customer is responsible for the return shipping.



Our Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will send payment back in the form received. For manual BTC payments we will request a BTC address for us to send payment. We are not responsible if you send us an incorrect BTC address that is not in your possession. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


International Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Currently the website only supports shipping in the U.S. , but we do ship overseas. For international orders fill out the contact form (link in footer below) so we can get you a quote on shipping.

Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
